(Not sleep or suspend, but a full power off and restart.) I rarely have to reboot my Mac so I realize it's easy to forget. I'm assuming your Mac has internet connectivity. This will use whatever internet connection your Mac has. (e.g.: OSX 10.5.1 is different than OSX 10.5.7, but both are OSX Leopard.) But as the linked document suggests, different versions could have different problems so the exact version or build number is often helpful. "I have the newest Macbook Pro but without Snow Leopard." Well, the newest MBP would have Snow Leopard. As it stands, you havne't said much more than "it's not working." You don't say what troubleshooting you've tried besides the one screen shot. Then take a look at for some suggestions on info to provide in the future so that it will be easier for others to assist you.
